hi..
I know I haven't written in a long time...this is just a quick posting (and while I make my co-workers wait) to let you know that I'm fine...and ridiculously happy when I'm not swamped with work... (which is mostly after 10pm when I let myself stop)
AHR! between work; which is going REALLY well by the way..the kids are fab, and they listen to me so it's all great,
so between work, and moving flats! and grocery shopping and trying to get the internet in order, I'm freakin' ...busy (for lack of better word)
I miss you guys, and my flat is fabulous; well it's not fabulous completely...it's got a lot of issues, but it's great compared to what I've seen already. trust me! and my favorite thing about it is:
1) I feel TOTALLY at home....safe and comfortable...
2) the view I have from my closed balcony; is FABULOUS. It's breathtaking. Will post pictures...(once again) WHEN I'm CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AT HOME! Zoe's starting to miss the internet; I only turn her on for music and I think she's feeling the uselessness....
anyway, hopefully soon...but likely only next weekend!

Patey, are you living alone? I love your comments about feeling totally at ease and comfortable in your apart. b/c I feel the same! I remember a friend saying to me before I left that it's important to feel that way because afterall, it's the place you come home to at the end of the day. I totally agree, and as I march up those steps in my building, I can't help but smile with anticipation of being in my NEW home.
